Job summary

My Wireless in Fontana, CA is seeking a results-driven Retail Sales Manager to lead a high-energy team focused on delivering best-in-class customer service while achieving sales targets.

You’ll train and coach staff, manage daily store operations, staffing and events, and ensure inventory control and policy compliance. This role offers strong base pay with uncapped commissions and growth opportunities within our fast-growing AT&T Authorized Retailer.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year management experience in retail or wireless environments.
• Minimum 1 year customer-facing sales experience.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proven ability to meet performance and operational standards.
• Proven ability to motivate, lead and coach to results.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities
