Job summary

My Wireless is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to lead a busy store, coach a sales team, and drive exceptional customer service. You will hire, train, schedule, and develop staff to achieve sales targets while ensuring store standards and compliance.

Expect strong base pay with commission/bonus, ongoing training, and growth opportunities within a fast-growing AT&T Authorized National Retailer.

Qualifications

• 1 year management experience in a similar field (Required), preferably in wireless.
• 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience (Required).
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required).
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (Required).
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (Required).
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required).
• Bilingual (Preferred but location dependent).
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience in telecommunications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop team members to achieve sales goals and KPIs.
• Supervise daily store operations including hiring, scheduling, and training.
• Build a steady client base through ethical and customer-centric practices.
• Maintain clean, compliant store environment and inventory control.
• Lead initiatives to hit location goals and adhere to company standards.
