Duluth Trading Company: Men's & Women's Workwear & Clothing in West Fargo is seeking a Retail Sales Manager to lead the store team, deliver WOW! customer service, and drive the Duluth experience.

The role focuses on developing product knowledge, managing floor coverage, maintaining visual merchandising, and executing promotions while upholding safety and policy standards. Full-time hourly supervisory position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail experience is preferred but not necessary.
• Customer centric.

• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day.
• Frequent reaching and bending and twisting – below waist and above shoulders.
• Frequently required to use repetitive hand-to-finger motions and reach with hands and arms.
• Frequently lifting up to twenty pounds, occasionally lifting up to 40 pounds. Push/pull up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders, reach and bend.
• Work in temperatures ranging from 50 - 85 degrees – stock room areas.
• Use of a computer up to 60 % of the time throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Develop familiarity with the Duluth brand and product knowledge to provide solution-oriented, friendly service to customers.
• Lead the store team to deliver WOW! customer service.
• Manage floor coverage to engage customers and drive the Duluth experience.
• Record customer profile information accurately.
• Respond proactively and provide positive resolutions to concerns.
• Maintain merchandise presentation according to Visual Merchandising standards.
• Set up sales and promotions with proper signing and communication.
• Oversee merchandise receipts and transfers and ensure accurate processing.
• Ensure cleanliness of sales floor, stockroom, restrooms, cash wrap and hospitality areas.
• Provide feedback to employees and train on cash-handling and reporting functions.
• Follow all company policies and security procedures.
