Duluth Trading Company in Minnesota is seeking a Part-Time Hourly Supervisory Retail Sales Manager to lead the store team in delivering WOW customer service and a compelling Duluth experience. You’ll develop deep product knowledge, manage floor coverage, merchandising, and promotions while maintaining store cleanliness and security.

This role requires a high school diploma and values integrity, teamwork, and proactive problem solving.

• Retail experience is not required but preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop familiarity with the Duluth brand and product knowledge to provide solution-oriented, friendly service.
• Lead the store team to deliver WOW customer service and the Duluth experience.
• Manage floor coverage to engage customers.
• Record customer profile information accurately.
• Respond proactively to customer concerns and provide positive resolutions.
• Maintain merchandising presentation per Visual Merchandising standards.
• Set up sales and promotions with clear signing.
• Handle receipts, transfers, and visual merchandising on the floor.
• Ensure cleanliness of sales floor, stockroom, restrooms, and cash wrap.
• Provide regular feedback to employees and train on cash-handling.
• Process register functions and follow store procedures.
• Ensure store security and respond to alarms.
• Ensure employee and customer safety and report concerns.
