Job summary

The role oversees front-end operations, POS and Self-Checkout, and various in-store programs while coaching teams to uphold brand standards and operational excellence. Nights, weekends and early mornings are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience leading store operations and customer experience.
• Ability to coach and develop a team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end and service operations to meet brand standards.
• Coach team to drive selling behaviors and KPI results.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain store leadership and service standards.
• Manage POS and Self-Checkout processes to ensure smooth transactions.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards and MCC/Extend services to customers.
• Oversee in-store programs like Balloons, Knit & Sew Shop, and Same Day Delivery.
