Job summary

You will coach team members, manage the POS and checkout flow, support special events and in-store programs, and partner with District leadership to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead a team and coach staff.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Experience using POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in SOPs and policy adherence.
• Coach team on customer experience and selling behaviors.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee POS, Self-Checkout, and omni-channel service.
• Drive in-store events and programs such as balloons and framing operations.
