The Michaels Companies is seeking a Sales Manager in Saint Augustine, FL to lead a high-performing selling culture across the store and drive strong sales and customer satisfaction. You will oversee front-end and service operations, coach the team, and ensure SOPs and brand standards are followed.

Responsibilities include MOD coverage, POS systems, and managing in-store programs, with focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Coaches customers and teammates to achieve selling goals.
• Models best-in-class Customer Experience and selling behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Lead adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and floor leadership.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout transactions.
• Oversee in-store programs (balloons, loyalty, protection plans, Knit & Sew Shop, BOPIS, Same Day Delivery).
• Train and develop team through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
• Support asset protection practices and shrink reduction.
