• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and Company programs.
• Ensure policy execution and store condition accountability.
• Coach customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and floor leadership.
• Oversee POS, Self-Checkout, and omni-channel support.
• Lead balloons, birthday parties, loyalty programs, and protection plans.
• Drive sales and operational excellence in knit & sew and other sections.
• Support BOPIS and Same Day Delivery execution.
• Train and develop team members across departments.
• Maintain Asset Protection practices to reduce shrink.
