Michaels is seeking a Sales Manager for the Ridgefield, CT store to lead a high-performing selling culture and drive strong sales results. You will oversee front-end and service operations, coach teams, and ensure execution of brand standards and SOPs while delivering an engaging customer experience.

You will promote loyalty programs, manage MOD coverage, and support omni-channel services such as BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors to drive conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee BOPIS and Same Day Delivery to ensure timely order fulfillment and omni-channel service.
• Train, coach, and develop team members across assigned departments.
