Warby Parker is seeking a service-oriented Sales Manager to support a team of Retail Advisors in creating the best glasses-shopping experiences. You will engage with customers, help ideate and improve processes, and participate in special projects as the business grows.

You will lead a team, manage scheduling, and participate in performance reviews and onboarding. A background in retail management and strong interpersonal skills are essential for driving exceptional service every day.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of management experience in retail.
• Experience in sales or operations management at a customer-focused retailer.
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit.
• Eager to learn new skills and adapt.
• Positive, energetic team player who motivates others.
• Not on LEIE list.

Responsibilities

• Communicate Warby Parker values and brand philosophy to customers.
• Own troubleshooting for the point-of-sale system.
• Oversee store inventory management procedures.
• Develop processes to improve customer shopping experiences.
• Manage and implement daily zoning schedules.
• Open and close the store.
• Lead shift meetings and roundtables.
• Direct a team of 8–10 members and model excellent service.
• Assist with biannual performance reviews and onboarding of new hires.
• Foster an inclusive, service-minded work culture.
