Responsibilities include coaching, onboarding, and day-to-day execution of SOPs, POS usage, loyalty programs, and omni-channel services such as BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and champion a high-performing selling culture across the store.
• Drive strong sales results and an engaging customer experience.
• Oversee front-end and service operations with adherence to SOPs and brand standards.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage to maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout usage to ensure smooth transactions.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Loyalty Rewards Program to boost retention.
• Drive omni-channel execution including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
