Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. seeks a Sales Manager for our Venice, FL store. You will lead a high-performing selling culture, oversee front-end and service operations, and ensure adherence to SOPs and brand standards while driving key sales KPIs and exceptional customer experiences.

You will coach and develop team members, provide MOD coverage, and manage omni-channel services including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery, with a focus on loyalty program adoption.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience leading front-end and service operations in a retail environment.
• Ability to coach selling behaviors and drive customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and champion a high-performing selling culture across the store.
• Oversee front-end and service operations ensuring brand standards and operational expectations.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Drive omni-channel service with BOPIS and Same Day Delivery practices.
• Promote and enroll customers in Loyalty Rewards Program and MCC/Extend services.
