Responsibilities include coaching teams, managing POS and Self-Checkout, supporting events, and driving omni-channel initiatives like BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Ability to coach and develop store teams to achieve KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
• Ensure execution of Company policies and standards; hold team accountable.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage; maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Ensure accurate and efficient use of POS and Self-Checkout systems.
• Oversee in-store programs (Balloons, loyalty, Knit & Sew Shop, events).
• Drive omni-channel initiatives (BOPIS, Same Day Delivery).
• Train, coach, and develop team members across departments.
