Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to stand long hours and lift 25–50 pounds.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and early mornings.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs for compliance.
• Model Customer Experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Oversee BOPIS, Same Day Delivery and omni-channel service.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards and MCC/Extend services adoption.
• Train and develop team across departments.
• Protect assets and reduce shrink through compliance.
