Responsibilities include leading SOP adherence, POS accuracy, loyalty enrollment, and omni-channel order fulfillment while maintaining brand standards and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to stand and work in a store environment.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and early mornings.
• Strong coaching and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading store operations and SOPs.
• Model customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversions.
• Provide MOD coverage and ensure daily execution of standards.
• Oversee front-end, service, and in-store programs like loyalty and events.
• Lead omni-channel fulfillment and support framing, if applicable.
