Job summary

Michaels Stores is seeking a Sales Manager for the Allentown-Quakertown, PA area. The role leads front-end and service operations, drives customer-focused selling, and ensures brand standards are met across daily store activities.

Responsibilities include coaching teams, managing SOP adherence, and overseeing POS, BOPIS, delivery, and loyalty programs to deliver strong sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage adherence to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Drive selling culture and customer experience to meet KPIs through coaching and daily execution.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout operations for smooth transactions and customer support.
• Drive omni-channel services including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
