You'll coach staff, schedule shifts, run day-to-day operations, and partner with the Store Manager on program rollout, loyalty enrollment, and omni-channel fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Proven ability to coach and motivate teams.
• Strong customer focus and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in SOPs and company policy adherence.
• Model customer experience and selling behaviors to drive sales.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and floor leadership.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout for smooth transactions.
• Lead store programs (Balloons, Loyalty, Knit & Sew Shop) and omni-channel fulfillment.
