The position includes Manager-on-Duty coverage, oversight of POS and Self-Checkout, and leadership of in-store programs such as Balloons and Knit & Sew Shop.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards, maintaining store conditions and results.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and ART of Selling behaviors to drive conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Ensure accurate and efficient use of POS and Self-Checkout systems, supporting transactions.
• Oversee events and programs (e.g., Balloons, Knit & Sew Shop) and in-store experiences.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards Program to drive retention and visits, and champion protection plan offerings.
• Drive sales and operational excellence across in-store departments and omni-channel services.
• Ensure efficient BOPIS and Same Day Delivery execution for timely orders.
• Train, coach, and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
• Partner in maintaining Asset Protection practices to reduce shrink.
