Job summary

You will manage POS and Self-Checkout, oversee events and Loyalty programs, drive omni-channel fulfillment (BOPIS/Sameday Delivery), and mentor staff through structured onboarding. A minimum of 3+ years retail leadership is required.

• Ability to lead store operations and customer experience.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end and service operations, ensuring brand standards and selling behaviors.
• Coach team to drive sales, customer satisfaction, and KPI achievement.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and ensure operational continuity.
• Oversee POS, Self-Checkout, and omni-channel fulfillment, including BOPIS.
• Promote Loyalty Rewards programs and MCC/Extend services.
