• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain service standards.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems for smooth transactions.
• Drive omni-channel services like BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Support loyalty enrollment and protection plan adoption.
