Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a Retail Sales Manager for the Greensboro, NC area. The role focuses on leading a high-performing selling culture, managing front-end operations, and delivering an engaging customer experience while meeting sales and service KPIs.

You will coach team members, ensure SOP adherence, and oversee POS, Self-Checkout, and omni-channel services to drive conversion and loyalty. The position requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience with a track record of driving sales and service KPIs.
• Proven ability to coach and develop front-line teams to deliver a consistent customer Experience.
• Familiarity with POS and Self-Checkout systems and omni-channel processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and champion a high-performing selling culture across the store.
• Oversee front-end and service operations to ensure brand standards and SOPs are followed.
• Provide MOD coverage, coach staff, and ensure efficient day-to-day execution.
• Drive omni-channel fulfillment including BOPIS and delivery options.
