Responsibilities include coaching staff, ensuring SOP compliance, managing MOD coverage, and delivering strong omni-channel service with BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage adherence to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with laws.
• Model and coach customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Ensure accurate use of POS and Self-Checkout systems and support transactions.
• Oversee in-store programs (Balloons, Loyalty, MCC/Extend services, Knit & Sew Shop).
• Drive omni-channel service with BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
