Michaels Stores Niagara Falls is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing selling culture and drive strong sales. You will oversee front-end and service operations, coach staff, and ensure consistent execution of brand standards and procedures.

You will provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, optimize POS and Self-Checkout use, and oversee in-store programs, events, and loyalty enrollment. The role emphasizes leadership, customer focus, and daily store leadership across departments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to stand and move throughout a store, lift 25–50 pounds, and work nights/weekends.

Responsabilités

• Lead selling culture and customer experience.
• Coach team on SOPs, brand standards, and service behaviors.
• Provide MOD coverage and ensure floor leadership and operational continuity.
• Drive omni-channel service including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
• Promote loyalty programs and protect assets.
