Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Sales Manager for the Bridgewater store to lead a high-performing selling culture, drive sales results, and deliver an engaging customer experience. You will oversee front-end and service operations, coach associates, and ensure brand standards and SOPs are followed.

You will provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, optimize POS and self-checkout, support events and programs, promote the Loyalty Rewards Program, and drive omni-channel fulfillment including BOPIS and Same Day

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards, maintaining store conditions and results.
• Model and coach customer experience and selling behaviors to drive conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service continuity.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout usage to ensure smooth transactions.
• Drive events and programs (balloons, parties, KNIT & SEW Shop, and in-store initiatives).
