Michaels is seeking a Sales Manager for our Brentwood store to lead front-end and service operations while driving sales, customer satisfaction, and brand standards. You will coach teams, manage daily store performance, and ensure smooth omni-channel fulfillment.

In this role you will oversee POS usage, customer interactions, loyalty programs, and in-store events, contributing to a high-performing selling culture across the store.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws.
• Model and coach Customer Experience and ART of Selling, driving conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty (MOD) coverage, maintaining floor leadership, service standards, and operational continuity.
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout systems, supporting smooth transactions and customer support.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Loyalty Rewards Program, driving retention and repeat visits.
• Drive sales and operational excellence in omni-channel services including BOPIS and Same Day Delivery.
