Michaels is seeking a Sales Manager for our NWK-NORTH BRUNSWICK, NJ store to lead a high-performing sales team and deliver an engaging customer experience.

You will supervise front-end and service operations, uphold brand standards, and drive KPI results through coaching and daily execution. The role requires 3+ years of retail leadership and a hands-on approach with POS systems, including Self-Checkout.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Ability to coach and develop team members to achieve KPIs.
• Experience with front-end and service operations, POS, and BOPIS/Same-day delivery where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor store team to deliver strong sales and customer experience.
• Ensure SOPs and company policies are followed and store conditions meet standards.
• Coach MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership, service standards, and operational continuity.
• Drive loyalty program enrollment and customer retention through execution.
