• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance
• Coach Customer Experience and ART of Selling to boost conversion
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and floor leadership
• Oversee POS and Self-Checkout systems and omni-channel fulfillment
• Lead in-store programs such as Balloons, Birthday parties, and Loyalty enrollment
• Promote MCC/Extend services and protection plan adoption
• Drive Knit & Sew Shop and Cut Bar operations oversight
• Train and develop team through onboarding and ongoing skill-building
• Maintain Asset Protection practices and shrink reduction
