Job summary

Warby Parker seeks a service-oriented Sales Manager to lead a team of Retail Advisors in delivering outstanding glasses-shopping experiences. You will engage customers, influence process improvements, and participate in special projects that shape strategic operations.

You will manage 8–10 team members, assist with onboarding and training, run shift meetings, and ensure consistent, high-quality service across daily store activities.

Qualifications

• Retail experience with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
• Strong interpersonal and servant-leadership skills.
• Experience in sales or operations at a customer-focused retailer.

Responsibilities

• Communicate Warby Parker's values and brand philosophy to customers.
• Oversee the store's inventory management procedures and daily operations.
• Develop processes to improve customer service and shopping experience.
• Manage and implement daily zoning schedules and opening/closing tasks.
• Lead shift meetings, biannual reviews, onboarding and training, and team development.
• Direct a team of 8–10 and model exceptional service.
