Job summary

AEO is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team as a Leader on Duty, driving guest experience and daily store operations.

You will recruit, train and coach associates, set performance goals, and ensure visual standards while maintaining store safety and policy compliance. This role rewards energy, teamwork, and a passion for delivering results, with opportunities to advance within AE & Aerie and to lead through busy, guest-focused shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a key Leader on Duty (LOD) by maximizing store productivity and guest loyalty.
• Motivate and coach associates to meet service standards and KPIs.
• Recruit, hire and develop strong talent to keep the store staffed to meet business needs.
• Set clear goals and provide real-time performance feedback to drive engagement.
• Execute visual/operational standards including shipment processing and merchandising moves.
• Maintain store safety and Asset Protection standards and adhere to policies.
