American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a full‑time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team. You will lead LOD shifts, drive strong guest experiences, and ensure smooth daily operations while training and motivating associates to deliver top‑line results.

You will recruit and develop talent, reinforce AEO service standards, and coach the team with real‑time feedback. This role emphasizes visual excellence and adherence to brand procedures in a fast‑paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and build guest loyalty through a best-in-class in-store guest experience.
• Be a role-model leader who motivates associates and upholds AEO service standards on the Salesfloor and in the fitting room.
• Recruit, hire and train strong talent to ensure coverage meets business needs and ongoing development is provided.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback through real-time coaching and celebrate outstanding performance to keep the team engaged.
• Execute and innovate daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing, merchandising moves and visual standards to keep fitting rooms guest-ready and aligned with AEO Brand Standards.
• Maintain store safety and asset protection standards and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
