American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team and lead Leader on Duty shifts. You will drive guest experience, train and motivate associates, and ensure daily operations run smoothly while upholding AEO standards.

You will recruit and develop talent, coach teams for KPI results, and implement in-store visual/operational standards. This role emphasizes integrity, safety, and guest-first service in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to recruit, hire and train strong talent.

Responsibilities

• You have a passion for driving sales: as an LOD, maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity and build guest loyalty.
• You’re a people leader: motivate and inspire the team, hold associates to service standards.
• You’ve got an eye for talent and a love of training: recruit, hire and develop associates to maintain staffing and service levels.
• You know that teamwork makes the dream work: set goals for Sales and Stock teams and provide real‑time coaching.
• You're a visual & operational innovator: execute daily visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing and merchandising moves.
