Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a full‑time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team. You will rock Leader on Duty shifts, manage daily operations, and motivate associates to deliver a stellar guest experience. You’ll train, coach, and celebrate performance while upholding AEO brand standards and policies.

You’ll lead by example, drive KPI results, and foster a Guest First culture across the sales floor and fitting rooms, ensuring operational excellence and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Previous retail management experience.

Responsibilities
