• Recruit, hire and train strong talent to keep the store staffed to meet business needs.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback through real-time coaching and celebrate results.
• Execute and innovate daily visual and operational procedures including shipments, merchandising moves and visual standards.
• Ensure fitting rooms and store areas are guest-ready and aligned with AEO Brand Standards.
