American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team by managing Leader on Duty shifts and delivering an outstanding guest experience.

You will train and celebrate associates while driving strong sales results and representing our REAL self at work. You will recruit and develop talent, provide real-time coaching, and ensure visual and operational standards are consistently applied across the store, including safety and asset protection

Qualificações

• Proven ability to lead and coach store teams.
• Strong focus on guest experience and service standards.
• Experience driving KPI results in a retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and guest loyalty.
• Lead and motivate team to uphold AEO service standards on the floor and in fitting rooms.
• Recruit, hire and train associates to ensure staffing aligns with business needs.
• Provide real-time coaching and celebrate performance to keep the team engaged.
• Execute daily visual and operational procedures including shipments, merchandising moves, and visual standards.
• Maintain store safety and asset protection in line with company policies.
