• Drive sales by maximizing fittings and guest experience to boost KPI results.
• Lead and motivate the store team through AEO's values and service standards.
• Recruit, hire, and train strong talent to ensure adequate staffing.
• Provide real-time coaching and performance feedback to associates.
• Execute daily visual and operational procedures, including shipments and merchandising.
• Maintain store safety standards and asset protection protocols.
