Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty through a best-in-class in-store guest experience.
• Lead and motivate the team through AE's core values; model service standards on the Salesfloor and in the fitting room.
• Recruit, hire and train strong talent to ensure adequate staffing and outstanding service.
• Provide real-time coaching and feedback to drive performance and engagement; celebrate wins as a team.
• Execute daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing, merchandising moves, and visual standards to keep fitting rooms guest-ready.
• Maintain store safety and asset protection, adhering to AE policies and procedures.
