Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a full‑time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team. You will lead Leader on Duty shifts, optimize guest experiences, and run daily store operations as needed.

You will train, motivate, and celebrate associates and drive strong sales results while embodying AE values and your REAL self at work. You will recruit and develop talent, provide real-time coaching, and ensure a Guest First culture across the store.

Qualifications

• Experience leading store teams in retail.
• Strong ability to coach and develop associates for superior guest service.
• Proven track record of driving sales and achieving KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by optimizing guest experience and productivity on the sales floor and in fitting rooms.
• Lead, train, and coach associates; model AE's service standards and guest-first culture.
• Recruit, hire and develop talent to maintain adequate staffing and performance.
• Collaborate with store leadership on operations, merchandising moves, and day-to-day execution.
• Maintain safety, asset protection standards, and adherence to company policies.
