American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team. You’ll rock LOD shifts, ensure a stellar guest experience, and manage daily store operations while training and motivating associates to drive strong sales.

As a values-driven leader, you’ll recruit and develop talent, uphold brand standards, and deliver real-time coaching. You’ll foster teamwork, maintain visual and operational standards, and protect asset safety while putting guests first.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty through a best-in-class in-store guest experience.
• Motivate and inspire the team through AEO's core values; model service standards on the sales floor and in the fitting room.
• Recruit, hire and train strong talent to ensure the store is staffed to meet business needs; develop associates to provide outstanding service and guest-first culture.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback through real-time coaching and celebrate outstanding performance to drive engagement.
• Execute and innovate daily visual and operational procedures including shipment processing, merchandising moves and visual standards; ensure fitting rooms are guest-ready and rocking AEO Brand Standards.
• Maintain store safety standards, adhere to Asset Protection standards, and follow AEO policies and procedures at all times.
