Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team, drive LOD shifts, and ensure a stellar guest experience.

You will train, motivate and celebrate associates, recruit talent, and uphold AEO's service standards on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room. This role emphasizes visual and operational innovation, safety, and integrity, with opportunities to impact KPI results and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior retail leadership experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and guest-service skills.
• Ability to recruit, train and coach associates to meet service standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing efficiency on the sales floor and fitting room and build guest loyalty through a best-in-class in-store experience.
• Lead and inspire the team, holding associates accountable to AEO service standards on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.
• Recruit, hire and develop strong talent to ensure the store is staffed to meet business needs and deliver outstanding service.
• Provide ongoing coaching and recognition to drive engagement and performance, celebrating successes.
