Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team by driving strong LOD shifts and delivering an outstanding guest experience.

You’ll lead daily operations, train and celebrate associates, and champion AEO’s service standards on the floor and in the fitting room. You’ll recruit and develop strong talent, provide real-time coaching, and push for KPI results while maintaining brand visuals and store safety.
