Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team, lead LOD shifts, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

You will manage daily store operations, train and motivate associates, and drive strong sales performance while living our values each day. You will recruit and develop staff, set attainable goals, provide coaching, and uphold AE’s service standards across the Salesfloor and fitting room.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience in a store setting.
• Ability to train and develop associates to meet service standards.
• Strong customer-service focus with KPI-driven mindset.
• Flexible availability to align with store guest shopping times.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty.
• Lead and inspire the team to uphold AE service standards on the sales floor and in the fitting room.
• Recruit, hire and develop talent to ensure adequate staffing and performance.
• Set clear goals, provide real-time feedback and celebrate top performance.
• Execute and improve daily visual and operational procedures and brand standards.
