As a people leader, you will recruit and develop talent, drive sales by engaging guests, ensure store standards, and maintain safety and asset protection.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty.

• Provide real-time coaching and celebrate performance to drive engagement.
• Execute daily visual and operational procedures including shipments and merchandising moves to keep fitting rooms guest-ready.
