Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team by leading LOD shifts and delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will drive daily operations, train and motivate associates, and ensure the store reflects AEO Brand Standards.

You’ll recruit and develop talent, coach performance in real-time, and collaborate to maximize KPI results while upholding store safety and asset protection policies.

Qualifications

• Must have prior retail management experience.
• Ability to recruit, train and develop associates.
• Strong sales drive and guest service orientation.
• Proven ability to lead teams and meet KPI targets.

Responsibilities
