Job summary

Now Optics, operating as Stanton Optical Brand, seeks a Brand Manager to lead store operations, recruit and develop a high-performing team, and ensure a superior customer experience. You will partner with Clinical services, analyze performance data, and manage lab standards to deliver quality eyewear with speed and accuracy.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of retail leadership or an associates degree, with certification in ABO/NCLE preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2 years of store management experience.
• Willingness to earn ABO/NCLE certification within the first year.
• Demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication skills with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead store talent acquisition and development; recruit, train and build development plans for staff.
• Partner with Clinical services to ensure cohesive operations.
• Analyze reports to drive performance and achieve goals.
• Communicate with Support Center and HR to align efforts.
• Oversee lab area standards and ensure timely, accurate eyewear delivery.
• Maintain service commitments and 100% on-time delivery for patients.
