Job summary

Now Optics, operating as Stanton Optical, is seeking a Store Manager to lead retail operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate talent development, partner with Clinical services, and manage lab production to meet delivery promises. Proven leadership in retail and a high school diploma are required, with opportunities for growth and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership ability with at least one year of experience in a fast paced retail environment.
• Experience planning and implementing sales strategies, as well as directing a sales team.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and be flexible with changing business needs in a team environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service experience.
• Support Brand Manager duties frequently acting as Manager on duty to accomplish the following objectives.
• Support store talent acquisition and talent development; including direct recruiting and training new team members.
• Build strong partnership with Clinical services.
• Analyze reports to ensure staff achieve goals.
• Communicate effectively with Support Center and Human Resources.
• Ensure proper lab production to meet service promises.
• Execute simple customer repairs and lens work to expedite eyeglasses delivery.
• Maintain brand standards in lab area and notify management of issues.
• Track delivery time commitments to patients for 100% compliance.
• Other duties as assigned
