Job summary

PHOENIX at Palm Beach Outlets is seeking a Retail Sales Leader to drive store operations on the sales floor and in the stockroom, while coaching associates to deliver a great in-store shopping experience.

You will develop schedules, manage merchandise flow, and ensure policy compliance while delivering outstanding customer service. Retail experience and strong communication skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent.
• Years of Experience: 1.
• Proficient in use of technology (iPad, registers).
• Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends and non-business hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and motivating associates to maximize sales potential.
• Provide in the moment coaching/training to store associates to ensure efficient floor operations, customer service, coverage, stockroom management and execution of standards.
• Oversee and authorize the checkout experience.
• Assist with merchandise flow, such as shipment, replenishment, omni-channel operations in-store.
