Job summary

PHOENIX is seeking a Retail Sales Leader for Providence Place to drive operations on the sales floor and in the stockroom while training associates and delivering a great in-store shopping experience for customers.

You will develop product knowledge, coach teams, manage schedules, and ensure smooth checkout and omni-channel workflow. Retail experience and weekend availability are preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers and supervisors.
• Proven sales accountability and teamwork.
• Multitask and manage multiple customers and processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and motivating associates to maximize sales potential.
• Provide coaching and training to store associates for efficient floor operations and customer service.
• Partner with Store Management to provide feedback on associate performance.
• Train associates on store operations, product knowledge, policies and procedures.
• Execute action plans to optimize results and manage daily store operations.
• Ensure proper associate coverage for a great customer experience.
• Oversee checkout experience and monitor/reroute as needed.
• Assist with merchandise flow, replenishment, and omni-channel operations.
• Monitor customer service quality and build effective schedules.
