Job summary

PHOENIX is seeking a Retail Sales Leader at our South Plains store to drive sales, manage daily operations, and coach staff for outstanding customer service. This role emphasizes teamwork, training, and adherence to company policies to create an exceptional in-store experience.

You will oversee merchandising flow, checkout operations, and omni-channel tasks while promoting Express brand standards and driving performance through effective scheduling and coaching.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent.
• Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Meets physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive store operations on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching to associates for better customer service and standards.
• Assist in training on store operations, product, policy and procedures.
• Oversee checkout experience and merchandise flow including shipments and replenishment.
• Monitor customer service and build optimal schedules to aid customer experience.
• Lead by example with product knowledge and promotional campaigns.
