PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Leader for our Houston Premium store. The role drives floor and stockroom operations, coaches associates, and delivers a superior in-store shopping experience for customers.

The ideal candidate will bring 1 year of retail experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage schedules and product launches while upholding company policies and promotions.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or Equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Proficient in use of iPad and registers.
• Availability including nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Able to meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and motivating associates to maximize sales potential.
• Provide in the moment coaching/training to store associates for floor operations and customer service.
• Partner with Store Management to provide feedback on associate performance.
• Assist in training associates on store operations, product, policy, and procedures.
• Execute action plans that optimize results.
• Execute all aspects of daily store operations.
• Oversee checkout experience and ensure smooth customer service.
• Assist with merchandise flow including shipment, replenishment and omni-channel tasks.
• Monitor and analyze customer service provided by team members.
• Build effective schedules with the right associates at the right time.
• Promote environment focused on great in-store customer experiences.
• Resolve customer service issues to positive outcomes.
• Lead and model the customer experience standards.
