Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Leader for Nashville Outlets to drive store operations, coaching for peak performance, and delivering an exceptional in-store shopping experience.

You will lead daily floor activities, train associates, and ensure excellent customer service while upholding company policies, product knowledge, and promotional guidelines in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Proficient with iPad and registers.
• Availability including nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Meets physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and motivate associates to maximize sales.
• Provide on-the-spot coaching for optimal floor operations and customer service.
• Collaborate with Store Management to give feedback on performance.
• Train associates on store operations, product knowledge, policy and procedures.
• Execute action plans to drive results and daily store operations.
• Ensure adequate associate coverage for a great customer experience.
• Oversee and approve checkout processes and omni-channel store activities.
• Manage merchandise flow including shipments and replenishments.
• Monitor customer service and analyze performance of team members.
• Create effective schedules ensuring right staff at right times.
• Promote an environment focused on delivering great in-store experiences.
• Resolve customer issues to positive outcomes and model our CX standards.
• Support product launches, window changes, visual standards, signage, etc.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
